How much do you charge?

We have several affordable packages to meet the needs of any business, large or small. Our base package starts at $499. We also offer eCommerce packages that start at $999.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is located in sunny El Segundo, California. We have a team of 50, including projects managers, designers, and developers, located here in the U.S. We also have team members around the world, making it easy to facilitate customers domestically and abroad.

How long have you been in business?

VentusWeb is a new venture from DataGrill, an established enterprise software development company. For over 20 years, DataGrill has been providing enterprise clients with robust web development and marketing solutions. VentusWeb was created from a desire to bring DataGrill’s expertise to clients of all sizes.

What is your cancellation policy?

You’re free to cancel at anytime. However, your deposit is nonrefundable.

We’re sad to see any customers go, but if you decide to cancel your website, you can do so by giving us a call at 1-866-766-2425.

How long will it take before my website is live and online?

We take great pride in delivering your website to you as quickly as possible. However, delivery times do vary for each customer.

Once we receive all content, business information, and a completed client brief, a custom starter website can be delivered in as little as 3-5 weeks. Larger, more feature-rich websites can take considerable longer.

After your website project is kicked off, your project manager will provide you with a detailed schedule and expected ETA.

Can you integrate my website with Magento?

Yes. Our eCommerce packages utilize Magento to provide customers with a robust online store. Take orders, manage inventory, launch promotions, and much more with the power of this industry-leading open source eCommerce platform.

Do you also providing hosting?

Yes, depending on the package we can also provide hosting for your website.

Do you use Joomla?

What content management system (CMS) do you use?

Many of our websites feature the power, flexibility, and ease-of-use of one of the most popular content management systems – WordPress. WordPress includes all the tools you need to edit and update content on your website.

I’m new to building a custom website. How does the process work?

Once a custom website project is kicked off, a project manager will be in touch with you each step of the way. The project will begin by discussing your specific needs. Next, we’ll ask you to provide us with all of the content you’d like to see on your website. Once most of the content has been gathered, we’ll build a mock-up of the site so that you’ll be able to see what it looks like. Once approved, we’ll go to work building and coding a complete, interactive website which we will then deliver to you.

In addition to keeping you involved each step of the way, we will also use a helpdesk ticketing-system to keep communication well organized. As a business partner, we can provide expert advice on best practices, web standards, current technology, and guide you through the technical and creative options available.

We aim to keep the website design process simple, fast, and hassle-free.

Will I be able to manage the website myself?

Yes. We provide the tools necessary to help you manage website content yourself. By integrating your website with WordPress, you’ll have the power to edit content quickly and easily.
